Purpose
The purpose of this website is to rekindle the spirit of Liberty in the hearts of people everywhere.
Conventional war is fought with bullets and bombs. No one is surprised that people die due to a conventional war. The world is currently engaged in an ideological war which is a war of ideas. This type of battle is fought with words and lies. An ideological war also results in death; however, since there are no explosions, people are unaware that a war is being fought.
One of the lies that most people fall for is the false dichotomy of "Republican vs. Democrat" or "conservative vs. liberal." Much like shadow boxing, these battles cannot be won, and they are endless because the assumptions they are based on are untrue. In any decision about your life, either YOU can make that decision, or the GOVERNMENT can decide for you. Most people quickly assert that only they can legitimately make decisions about their own life. This is the only TRUE dichotomy - "individualism vs. collectivism." Or, if you prefer, "the Constitution vs. communism."
Michael Badnarik travels the country teaching an eight-hour class on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The most important aspect of this class is the philosophical reasoning that justifies having any government at all. The ONLY purpose of our founding documents is to defend the ideas of "life, liberty, and property." Once you truly understand this principle, the Constitution is straightforward to understand. Eight hours may sound like a grueling experience, but most students are stunned and disappointed to learn that the class is over at the end of the day. As a result, this class is unlike any that you have taken in your life. It is an experience you will remember.
Notice of Eviction PDF Forms
A notice of eviction is a formal document issued by a landlord to a tenant, outlining the landlord's intent to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim possession of the property. This notice is generally required by law before initiating eviction proceedings and must clearly state the reasons for eviction, such as non-payment of rent, violation of lease terms, or other breaches of the rental agreement.
The eviction notice Texas serves as a formal demand for a tenant to vacate the premises for reasons such as non-payment of rent or violation of lease terms. This form is an essential first step in the legal eviction process in Texas.
In California, a California eviction notice is used by landlords to initiate the process of removing a tenant from a rental property legally, typically due to lease violations or unpaid rent, in accordance with California rental laws.
The Florida eviction notice allows landlords to notify tenants of their intent to evict due to non-compliance with the rental agreement, particularly focusing on issues like late payments or other breaches under Florida law.
The Michigan notice to quit, is a prerequisite for landlords in Michigan to demand a tenant leave the rental property, usually due to failure to pay rent or violating lease conditions.
In Pennsylvania, the eviction notice PA is a legal document that landlords use to begin the eviction process for tenants who have breached rental agreements or failed to pay rent.
The Ohio eviction notice is a formal notice required in Ohio to start the eviction of a tenant for reasons like non-payment of rent or violation of lease terms, in line with Ohio's eviction laws.
The forms, known collectively as NYS eviction forms, cover the necessary legal notices and procedures for evicting a tenant in New York State, including specific forms for non-payment of rent and other lease violations.
The Georgia notice to vacate is used by landlords to inform tenants they must leave the rental unit, typically due to non-payment or breach of the lease, as specified by Georgia's eviction procedures.
The Oregon eviction notice form is utilized by landlords in Oregon to legally inform tenants of the intent to evict, primarily for reasons such as non-payment of rent or other breaches of the rental agreement.
In Colorado, the eviction notice Colorado is a legal document that landlords issue to start the eviction process for tenants who have not complied with the terms of their rental agreement, such as failing to pay rent or causing damage to the property.
How to organize a local Constitution class
Thank you for your interest in bringing my Constitution class to your area. Here are some simple steps to follow to help make that happen.
1) Start by gathering support and generating interest. Please ask your family, friends, and supporters to REQUEST A CITY to determine how much local interest there is. You can DISPLAY A LIST OF CITIES IN YOUR STATE to see where people have already expressed an interest. Remember that you might be better off recommending a large city near you than requesting your small hometown.
2) After thirty (30) people have expressed an interest in the same city, I will email everyone in that area looking for a local organizer. A date (usually a Saturday) will be chosen, and a website page will be created with a PayPal button. Those who wish to pay with four ounces of .999 fine silver should call me to find out where to mail the silver. I am willing to accept money and silver at the door, but only AFTER thirty (30), as other people have pre-paid for the class.
3) AFTER twenty-five (25) people have pre-paid for the class, I will reserve a class location and make my flight arrangements. If fewer than 25 people have pre-paid before the specified date, then your money will be refunded, and the class will be canceled, with my regrets. I need more finances or resources to travel the country simply because a handful of people would like to attend my class. It is much harder to generate interest for this class than you think!
NO DISCOUNTS! I know people will be disappointed that I don't offer discounts for couples or families or contract for a flat rate for groups more significant than a given number. I have attempted to do so, but I need help. I know the economy is terrible. I have been trying to warn people about the collapse for over ten years. I know that $100 is a significant sum to many. However, it is a bargain price considering it includes a $20 book, eight hours of class, and more entertainment than you have had in a long time. I cannot and will not work that hard without just compensation.
If you expect me to come to your town, someone should contact me regularly before the class. One phone call asking if I COULD come does not guarantee I will.
